Welcome to The Couture Allure Clinic. Since opening our doors in 2016 in Jamaica, we’ve been welcoming clients seeking alternative treatments to surgery. We take great pride in providing our clients with high quality, Cosmetic/ Non surgical services. Our Laser Therapists are here to serve you, so let us know how we can help.

Terms & Conditions of Service

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

​

1.1  If you have already paid for your Fixed Price Package or a made a deposit, we will refund your payment, less any amount that you owe to the Couture Allure Clinic/or theTherapist.
Please note that we will pay any refund (by electronic transfer) only to the cardholder or person who made the original payment. We do not pay cash refunds.

1.2  If your Therapist cancels your Treatment Plan because they consider it is not in your best interests for medical reasons, and you have already made a payment, we will refund that payment, less any amount that you owe to the Couture Allure Clinic /or the Therapist, in line with above.

1.3  The Couture Allure Clinic reserves the right to decline patients for treatment. Any such decisions would usually be based on ensuring, for example, the safety of our clients or staff, however such decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

1.4  Booking Deposits are non refundable

1.5  48 Hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.  If this is not done you will forfeit your appointment by loosing your paid for session or if you are on a payment plan this will be taken from your visa debit or credit card.

1.6  No refunds will be considered after 28 days has lapsed.

1.7  If your treatment is terminated by Couture Allure Clinic or Laser Therapist you will be refunded, less consultation fee.

1.8  L Emsculpt Packages of 4 & 6 sessions, must be completed within 4 weeks 8 sessions within 5 weeks from  start date, & 6 months for Laser Hair Removal, after this time has lapsed the treatment package purchased will not be valid.

1.9  Complementary treatments offered can be withdrawn without notice at any time.

1.10  If Clients wish to Cancel their treatment they will be liable in paying a 25% cancellation fee plus consultation fee.

If clients wish to cancel their Special offer Treatment package, you will be liable to pay the full treatment costs plus consultation fee of $8,000.
